Objective: To synthesizethirteen  effective  microbial  potent  oxazine-2-amine  derivatives  and  evaluate  the  antimicrobial  activities  of  these  compounds.Material  and methods: The  solvent-free  solid  fly-ash:H2SO4catalyzedcyclization  of 4-bromo-1-naphthyl chalcones  and urea  under  microwave  irradiation  technique was utilized  forthesynthesisof oxazine derivatives. The synthesized oxazines were characterized by their physical constants and spectroscopic data. The Bauer-Kirby disc-diffusion method of measurement of zoneof inhibition wasused for evaluation antimicrobial activity of synthesized oxazines. Results: The cyclization was effective and this reaction gave more than  80%  yield.  The  catalyst  was  reused  up  to  five  times  consecutively  without  appreciable  decreasing  of  yield.  All  compounds  were  active  against  their  microbial strains. Conclusions: This solvent-free synthetic method was effective forthesynthesisof oxazine derivatives. The amino, dimethylamino, halogens, methoxy and methyl substituted oxazines shows significant antibacterial activity. Chloro, hydroxy and nitro substituted oxazine derivative have shown significant antifungal activity
