Chromatography method that utilizations paper sheets or strips as the adsorbent being the fixed stage through which an answer is made to pass is called paper chromatography. It is a cheap strategy for isolating broke down compound substances by their different movement rates across the pieces of paper. A strong logical instrument utilizes tiny amounts of material.

Paper chromatography is a type of fluid chromatography where the fundamental standard included can be either segment chromatography or adsorption chromatography. In paper chromatography partition of part is disseminated between periods of fluid.
