IN VITRO INTERACTION OF DICLOFENAC SODIUM WITH DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS AND NUTRIENTS-A STUDY

Objective:The aim ofthestudyis to determine the interaction of Diclofenac sodium with different Dietarysupplement becausethis may be harmful tothe persons who are taking other nutritional therapyso it is very important to know the interaction of dietary supplements withthedrug(diclofenac sodium).Method:For experimental work different dietarysupplementssolution were prepared andtheirinterference was determined by using UV spectrophotometer with diclofenac sodium standardsolution.Results: Values of percentageinterference shows remarkable interaction with some dietary supplementslike sodium saccharine, threonine, sarineetc.Conclusion:The experimental work leads to conclude that there issome interferencethat we get from thesupplements we had used in our experimental work.
